Finished my boxy pouch the other day and had a tough time, yet again, taking a photo. I went over to my friend’s house on Wednesday to use my button machine and I lugged my camera hoping to snap some photos in her windowful house. But of course, it was a grey rainy day. Luckily my 2 little pictures have turned out pretty well.
Once again, I used some of my new fabric. I didn’t really want to use a yellow zipper but it was the only one of the right size I had on hand. I’m on a bit of a mission to try to use what I have on hand when possible.
Next up is Keyka Lou‘s newest pattern for Zip Pocket Pouches. Have I mentioned how much I love her stuff?!
She always picks great fabrics and combinations.
The pattern comes with 3 different sizes. I bought it about a week and a half ago and it’s been tough waiting to make some. Join me won’t you?

Couldn’t wait to make this medium sized zip pocket pouch! It’s the perfect size to fit a smart phone. I added a loop with a small D-ring and made it into a wristlet. So much easier to carry. What a great pattern! Can’t wait to make more for Christmas gifts.
Thanks for always inspiring!
holy cow! that wood pattern fabric is aaaamazing, do you know where i could find some? i’m completely in love!!!

Check Etsy. I’ve found some just at fabric and quilting stores. It is super awesome.
Sew cute :)
