Near Toronto? Want to go to the OOAK show? Ticket giveaway!

I have this friend from RoRo Art selling at the One Of a Kind Show in Toronto, running November 24 to December 4 and she’s donated 2 tickets for me to giveaway to some lucky people.  She makes super neat sock puppets and dolls and a load of other fun things.

CLOSED Kidecals giveaway!

So I picked myself up some Kidecals, they’re pretty neat!

I’ve been wanting some keyboard stickers for a really long time.  One day I picked up this cute panda faced silicone layover thing at Toys R us, I thought it was adorable.  It looked great but it felt really weird on the keyboard. I couldn’t handle it. I took it back the next day.

These stickers however are another story.  They fit your keys well and you don’t feel things all differently.

Of course I chose the Crafty Cute set, which I combined with a full keyboard set.

Plus the extra fun stickers I ordered are great on my water bottles! They’re waterproof and dishwasher safe.

I peeled off my old vintage shelf paper laptop cover (tutorial here) and decided to plaster mine with stickers instead for a while.

So I was doing some organizing and cleaning up in my crafty space and I realize I have just too many creations. Things I’ve tried, things I’ve made 1 of . . . they’re just piling up and taking up space.

Instead of letting that happen I’d like to make someone a nice big package of handmade happy mail and ship it off to you!

Magnet oops giveaway.

So I mentioned making magnets and sometimes while crafting things go a bit wrong.

These lovely magnets are indeed, lovely, however they have a few bumps and bruises.

A few have spots on the back where the fabric didn’t quite catch in the button machine. And while this doesn’t effect the look from the front, or the fact it’s still a magnet they’re a touch substandard for selling. Soooo I’ve decided to do some clearing out and give them away. They’ll be fine holding things onto magnetic surfaces and with normal use. If you start poking at that little sticky outtie bit of fabric it’s going to fray and possibly peel off the magnet.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and entered for my Giveaway Day post. It’s always nice to have new people pop by and of course, new blogs to go check out. Also thank you to those of you who went ahead and liked my Facebook page, yes I crossed the magical 500 number and it makes me smile to look at that.

And Mr Glasses will be wandering off to live with Beth.

Based on the response to these little fellows I think I’ll have to get coordinated to make sure they are in the shop for next holiday season!

Friday Create Along & a giveaway!

Well since I already unveiled my better late than never Create Along project earlier this week I don’t have one to share. But I do have an up next project as well as a giveaway!!

Shannon of BLISSFULpatterns has generously offered to give away a PDF copy of this fabric basket.
